It is necessary to create a local town development organization and operate the rules together with Yokohama City while gaining the understanding and trust of local residents.
When building, we receive consultation, report and follow rule in both local town development organization and Yokohama-shi.

Consultation with local town development organization is necessary when we perform construction.

When rule about how to build building and public establishment is established, the regulations stipulate that we talk with local town development organization when we perform construction.

Flow of Introduction of Local Community Development Rules

  1. Consultation and study
  2. Organization building and discussion
  3. Review and support of rules
  4. Application for certification of local rules to Yokohama City
  5. Procedures in Yokohama City
  6. The mayor is certified

The town's rules consultation center / corner will help you with activities for introducing rules.

We will adhere to the rules by consulting with the builder in the case of construction.

※1 "Local town development organization" is a group that has been certified by the mayor with the support of many local residents, etc., and plays a role in rule operation such as prior consultation of plans.
※2 Since it is not linked to building confirmation, it is important to check the building plan in advance.
