Hama Market District Community Development Rules

Purpose of local community development rules

As a base for a community that protects and nurtures the bustle unique to downtown, support the daily life of the area and enjoy it, in order to create a town where you can spend a safe, secure and comfortable time, the necessary standards and procedures for the location of buildings and stores, etc. The purpose is to maintain and create the bustle of the town.

  1. Building prescribed in Article 2, Item 13 of the Building Standards Act (Act No. 201 of 1950)
  2. Development activities prescribed in Article 4, Paragraph 12 of the City Planning Act (Act No. 100 of 1968), Residential land development prescribed in Article 2, Item 2 of the City Planning Act (Act No. 191 of 1961) Change of land parcel traits
  3. Buildings (excluding buildings) prescribed in Article 2, item 1 of the Building Standards Act (Act No. 201 of 1950) (hereinafter referred to as "buildings"). The same shall apply hereinafter.) Construction and installation
  4. Changes in appearance of buildings or structures
  5. Changes in use of land or buildings
  6. Outlet of properties

1.Discussion with Takigashira and Isogo Town Development Council

We submit required documents such as drawings other than application to Takigashira, Isoko town development meeting and discuss.

2.Notification of having consulted with the local community development organization to the city (only acts such as buildings that require procedures based on the regulations)

Please report to Yokohama-shi 30 days before day when you are going to apply for building confirmation or the earliest day of starting construction such as construction.
