Bright Town Community Tozuka Rules

Purpose of local community development rules

This area is a historic town that has developed as a post town on the old Tokaido. In order to eliminate traffic congestion caused by the Tozuka railroad crossing and to integrate the east-west area of Totsuka Station, the central land readjustment project in the Tozuka station square district started in 2002, and the city planning road Kashio that crosses (underpass) with the railway. Along with maintaining the Tozuka Line, the surrounding town development has been promoted. In order to promote the development of cityscapes like Tozuka along with the development of residential land in the business area, landowners in each block have been able to enjoy "Katarai" with safe and comfortable living near the station, We have formulated guidelines on building design and living manners based on the concept of "a town that feels," and the current townscape has been formed. In the future, with the aim of sharing the integrated characteristics of a residential area in the district and promoting community development, a new “Bright Town Community Tozuka Rules” will be formulated based on the guidelines for each block.
