Targets of District Planning | Located in the central part of Naka Ward, about 300 meters southwest of Ishikawacho Station on the JR Negishi Line, the Naka Ward Plan for Yokohama City Planning Master Plan calls for conservation, a historic educational environment for schools and churches. In addition, we aim to form a residential and educational district full of history and greenery in the region. Within the district, there are Yokohama Kyoritsu Gakuen and Yokohama Jogakuin, which were founded shortly after the opening of the port, and historical buildings that are tangible cultural properties designated by Yokohama City, such as the Yokohama Kyoritsu Gakuen Main School Building, which has been used as school facilities since the beginning of construction, and the lush environment are united to form an environment as an educational district.
