| Targets of District Planning | The Isezakicho 1-2-chome district (hereinafter referred to as the "Ise-Sagi Mall") is located in the central city area of Naka Ward, Yokohama City, and has prospered as Yokohama'sIsezakicho-dori No. 7131 (hereinafter referred to as the "Ise-Sagi Mall"), which extends southwest from JR Kannai-sta.-kitaguchi. In this area, we have welcomed many visitors from all over the country as well as the city, and it is expected that the number of visitors will increase further with the development of central Yokohama in the future, but on the other hand, buildings that are not suitable for this area Is also expected to enter.
