Among the procedures for loans and loans related to COVID-19 infection, various support systems, etc., the fee for issuing certificates (copy of resident certificate, etc.) applied for the purpose of applying for redemption exemption of special loans such as emergency small funds based on the impact of COVID-19 infection will be reduced and free of charge.
※If you obtain a copy of resident certificate using your My Number Card at a convenience store, you will not be treated free of charge.

Purpose of use subject to fee reduction

Certificate subject to fee reduction (limited to certificate of Yokohama citizen.)

  • Seal Registration Certificate

For the time being from April 30, 2020.

Request method (limited to requests made by proxy/agent upon request from the person and the person)

In the case of mailing

Please specify on the invoice that it will be used for "Application for exemption from redemption of special loans related to COVID-19 infection".
(* Seal Registration Certificate cannot request mailing.)
