Among the procedures for loans and loans related to COVID-19 infection, various support systems, etc., the fee for issuing certificates (copy of resident certificate, etc.) applied for the purpose of applying for redemption exemption of special loans such as emergency small funds based on the impact of COVID-19 infection will be reduced and free of charge.
※If you obtain a copy of resident certificate using your My Number Card at a convenience store, you will not be treated free of charge.
Purpose of use subject to fee reduction

※Other applications related to various support systems related to COVID-19 infections other than the above are not subject to fee reduction.
