About closing such as ward original certificate issuance bases

With decrease of the number of certification issuances, the next ward original certificate issuance bases were closed at the end of March 2017.
For obtaining various certificates such as copies of resident certificate in the future, please use convenience store issuance, ward offices, nearby administrative service corners, and mail requests.

• Asahi-ku Wakabadai Certificate Issuance Corner (closed March 30, 2017)
• Namiki, Kanazawa-ku certification issuance corner (closed on March 30, 2017)
• Aoba-ku Aobadai Post Office, Yokohama Nara Post Office (the end of the certificate issuing window service on March 31, 2017)
• Seya Ward Seya Ward Certification Center (closed on March 31, 2017)

• Tsurumi-ku Yamu district center certificate agency service (ended March 31, 2017)
• "Koban" (police box) staff, Totsuka Ward Taisho (closed March 31, 2017)
• Shin-Sugita Administrative Service Corner(closed on March 31, 2017)

Convenience store issuance is a service that allows you to obtain various certificates such as a copy of resident certificate at a multi-copy machine installed at convenience stores nationwide using My Number Card.
※To use the convenience store grant, a My Number Card is required.
