About closing such as ward original certificate issuance bases

With decrease of the number of certificates issuance, the next ward original certificate issuance base was closed at the end of March, 2017.
For future acquisition of various certificates such as copies of resident certificate, please use the convenience store delivery, ward office, nearby administrative service corner, and mail request.

Facilities closed at the end of March 2017

City-specific certification issuance base

  • Asahi-ku Wakabadai certification issuance corner (closed on March 30, 2017)
  • Namiki, Kanazawa-ku certificate issuance corner (closed on March 30, 2017)
  • Aobadai Post Office, Yokohama Nara Post Office (March 31, 2017 Certificate issuance window service ended)
  • Seya Ward Seya Ward Certificate Issuance Center (closed on March 31, 2017)

Other facilities

  • Tsurumi-ku Yamukai district center certificate agency service (end of service on March 31, 2017)
  • Totsuka Ward Taisho employee "Koban" (police box) (closed on March 31, 2017)
  • Shin-Sugita Administrative Service Corner(closed on March 31, 2017)

Information on convenience store delivery (from January 23, 2017)

Convenience store issuance is a multi-copy machine installed at convenience stores nationwide using My Number Card to obtain various certificates such as copies of resident certificate.
※You will need a My Number card to use convenience store delivery.
