About "guide of interchange education by secondary student registration"

Since April 2007, Yokohama City has been conducting exchange education by vice-school enrollment in all cities to further promote exchange education.
The "Guide to Conduct Exchange Education by Vice-Registers" summarizes what should be especially noted when conducting exchange education with secondary enrollments.
