About experimental project, school support by welfare vehicle for medical care child

In Yokohama City, we have launched the experimental project, a welfare vehicle to support children who have medical care and cannot take school buses.
The aim is to create an environment where children can go to school safely and reduce the burden on parents.
From 2024, we plan to implement a new school support system using welfare vehicles. Details of the system will be posted on this page.

• elementary school studenｔ students whose physical condition and lifestyle rhythm are stable and whose school date has been determined (including those who are enrolled in the school will be able to use this project to ensure a stable school attendance)
• Wanting to use the welfare vehicle business, and parents can cooperate with the school.
• Parents agree to provide personal information to businesses entrusted with the welfare vehicle business.

※At the time of new use, we will conduct a survey of requests for use through the school. In addition, usage adjustments may be made in schools based on objective figures.

• From the conclusion of a contract by bidding, it will be changed to a list registration system for businesses based on a common unit price setting, and it will be a free contract that ensures fairness, transparency and competitiveness.
• Through the list registration system, information such as the number of days that can be operated from each company is accurately grasped, and businesses that can cooperate with a small number of times are easy to enter.
• The school matches every month so that elementary school studenｔ students with a small number of attendances, such as once a month or once a week, can use it.
• For monthly matching, we will create certain matching rules that take into account the relationship between business operators and elementary school studenｔ students.
