About center function of special support school
-Yokohama City Special Needs School will further enhance its functions as a school that plays a central role in special support education. ～

The School Education Law was amended, and from April 2007, the function of a center in special needs schools was legally positioned.
The Yokohama Municipal Special Needs School provides Education Counseling information to elementary school studenｔ students with disabilities and their parents, as well as providing educational support to elementary and junior high schools.
