Response to the City of Yokohama, Board of Education Secretariat's Law Concerning the Elimination of Discrimination on the grounds of disability (Disability Discrimination Law)

In response to the "Act on the Promotion of Elimination of Discrimination Due to Disabilities" (hereinafter referred to as the Disability Discrimination Elimination Law), which came into effect in April 2016, Yokohama City, based on the Deputy Mayor's Commitment Guidelines (H28.2 Deputy Mayor's Commitment) on Promotion of Elimination of Discrimination Due to Disabilities "and" Yokohama City Staff Correspondence Guidelines (H28.3) for Promotion of Elimination of Discrimination Due to Disability".
Based on the fact that elementary school studenｔ students with disabilities are enrolled in Yokohama City School, City of Yokohama, Board of Education Secretariat has formulated the Guidelines for Handling Teachers and Staff (H28.4) for Promoting the Elimination of Discrimination Due to Disability (H28.4)".
