Placement time of special support education support staff

  • School support determines the number of hours of activity for the school. (The number of active hours varies depending on the school.)
  • For extracurricular study (without accommodation) from April to March of the following year, no more than four times a year per elementary school student student.
  • Off-campus learning (natural classrooms that require accommodation, but excludes individual support class accommodation learning) For school trips (6th year in elementary school and 3rd year junior high school), special support education support staff are assigned to each elementary school student student from April to March of the following year.

Points to keep in mind in activities

  • Follow the instructions of the principal and teacher during volunteer activities.
  • When registering for a special support education support member, you must pledge to comply with confidentiality for matters learned through the activities of the special support education support staff.
  • Special support education support members are enrolled in volunteer insurance. The enrollment procedure is performed by the Board of Education, and the stake is also borne by the Board of Education.
  • Depending on the nature and time of the volunteer activities, we will pay the following rewards and transportation expenses. Please note that payment statement will not be issued.
  • The reward will be the salary income applicable to the second column, so a withholding slip for employment income will be sent around January every year. You will need to make year-end adjustments (re-year adjustment) or file a final income tax return at your primary employer.
  • Volunteer activity time is not a job history for employment or qualification acquisition. If you would like to work (appointment) at a municipal school, please consider a teacher recruitment test or registering a temporary appointment staff and a part-time instructor.
