2024 parents' classroom
The Special Support Education Consultation Section (Special Support Education Center) provides hints on how to interact with children for parents of all elementary school studenｔ students who go to Yokohama City Elementary, Junior High School, compulsory education and Special Needs School. As one of the learning, we hold parent classroom. We look forward to your participation.

What you need to know about working |
Application for participation
１．Date and time
Please refer to the list of events listed above. All times are open from 10:00 to 12:00.
２．Method of holding
Online event via Zoom (live streaming and recording distribution)
※The recording and distribution will be released about one week after the date of the event [Releasing period: about 2 weeks].
※About "support at home to child with hearing impairment" held on June 6, 2024, there is not record delivery and distribution of document.
３．Capacity (live streaming)
490 people each time.
※There is no limit to the capacity of recording.
４．Application method
Please apply using the electronic application / notification system from each "participation application (link to electronic application system)" in the table above.
５．Application acceptance period
For the previous fiscal year: From 9:00 on Friday, May 17, 2024 to 17:00 on the day one week before each implementation date
Late term: Scheduled to be released at a later date
※The application will be closed as soon as the capacity is reached.
Precautions
１．Depending on the capacity limit, participation is limited to one person per household (1 terminal).
２．If you need a sign language interpreter, please select "Need sign language interpreter required" in the "Sign Language Interpretation" item on the application screen.
３．Those who are displayed as "Application has been accepted" can participate. We will not inform you that the application has been completed.
４．Zoom ID, password, etc. will be notified by e-mail about 3 days prior to each event date.
If you do not receive it, please contact the Special Support Education Consultation Section.
５．Communication costs will be borne by the participants.
６．Please refrain from using the recording, recording, shooting, and chat functions.
FAQs
It is protector of elementary school studenｔ student attending Yokohama municipal elementary school, middle, compulsory education, special needs school. It doesn't matter if your child has a disability.
Families of adults other than parents are also eligible. However, it is limited to one household (terminal) depending on the capacity.
Parents of elementary school studenｔ students attending private schools are not eligible. Not applicable if you are attending a school outside Yokohama.
It will be held by online distribution using Zoom. Please join us from a place where you can connect to the Internet, such as your home.
Communication costs will be borne by the participants.
In principle, you will not be able to apply if the deadline has passed. The deadline will be as soon as the capacity is reached even within the application acceptance period.
You can't wait for a cancellation.

In addition, since the event will be held online, equipment that can be connected to the Internet when participating on the day.
(PC, tablet terminal, smartphone, etc.) and an email address are required.
