As a result of conducting a public recruitment of businesses for municipal land in Yoshida-cho, Totsuka-ku (104-1, 2, 123-1, 4, Yoshida-cho, Totsuka-ku, Yokohama), there were applications from seven people, and after examination of examination committee, We decided business person.

The method was launched as "Problem-solving Open Call for experimental project through Public-Private Partnership" and applied it on municipal land in Yoshidacho, Totsuka-ku.

Based on the content of the business dialogue conducted in January 2011 and the advice of third-party committee members regarding business dialogue, we will establish the "Public Recruitment Guidelines" and start selling public offerings.

In addition, this open call for proposals, regardless of whether they participate in or not participating in the business dialogue. ※We are looking for a broader range of business planners.
