In Yokohama City, in order to effectively utilize the know-how and vitality of businesses, we will incorporate dialogue with businesses before public offerings and aim to solve local issues while properly grasping the market. The new method was launched as the “experimental project for solving problems through public-private partnerships” and has been applied to municipal land in Yoshidacho and Totsuka-ku.
Based on the content of the business dialogue conducted in January 2011 and the advice of third-party committee members regarding the business dialogue, we will establish the “public recruitment guidelines” and start selling the public offering.
In addition, this open call for participants is a fixed price proposal method, regardless of whether they participate in or not participate in business dialogue. ※We will recruit people who plan to do business more widely.
※ A method in which the sale price is fixed and a fair and fair examination committee is established to examine the business content.
