Problem-solving open recruitment is a public recruitment method that incorporates dialogue with private businesses before public offerings, and promotes proposals that lead to solving local issues while properly grasping the market. Regarding the open call for participants, as a town development around Tsurumi-Ono Station, we raised local issues such as enhancement of welfare facilities, improvement of disaster prevention and improvement of liveliness, and conducted a business dialogue in October 2015, and based on this result Based on this, we have arranged the recruitment conditions.
