In the open call for sale of Tsurumi Chuo 4-chome land, Tsurumi Chuo 4-chome land, Kikuna 7-chome land in Kohoku-ku and Fujigaoka 1-chome land in Aoba-ku (the first application acceptance end on September 22, 2017), the business planners for all three properties were determined.

There was an application during the first reception period for each land of Tsurumi Chuo 4-chome land in Tsurumi-ku, Kikuna 7-chome land in Kohoku-ku and Fujigaoka 1-chome land in Aoba-ku.
For this reason, we will suspend application acceptance for all three properties during the second application period.
In addition, the decision of the prospective business person and the selection result will be announced at a later date. (scheduled for November)
Yokohama City is located in Tsurumi Chuo 4-chome, Tsurumi-ku, 7-chome, Kikuna 7-chome, Kohoku-ku, and Fujigaoka 1-chome, Aoba-ku, as part of the effective utilization of assets.
About municipal ownership land, we carry out open call for participants sale by price fixed proposal method (※).
The three properties to be openly recruited this time conducted a public offering by "2016 Two-Step General Competitive Bidding", but none of them reached a successful bid.
For this reason, we will re-open the public.
※The price fixed proposal method is a public offering method in which the sale price is fixed and the prospective business is determined by examining the business proposal contents.

Until the prospective business person is determined, it will be a regular open call for participants who will continue to accept applications. For properties that have been applied, the application will be suspended during the following period.
We will move on to the proposal review. If the examination does not result in the decision of the prospective business, we will resume recruiting.
For properties that have not been applied, we will continue to recruit during the following period.
