In Yokohama City (hereinafter referred to as “Honichi”), as part of the effective utilization of the assets owned, the issue-solving type of municipal land located in 5-chome, Asama-cho, Nishi-ku (hereinafter referred to as “publicly recruited land”) We carry out open call for participants sale by open call for participants.

2 Contents of Business Proposals (Overview)
(1) Application
Facilities including housing for the elderly
(1/2 or more of the total floor area shall be used for housing for the elderly by sale or rental, and a combination of tenants and apartments may be used.)
※ Housing for the elderly shall be facilities that fall under "houses" for building purposes under the Building Standards Law.
(2) Facilities that require incidental installation

About 200 square meters as it can be used locally by the company
Icomity house
About 300 square meters (center of library function) as a business operator to maintain the interior and rent it to Motoichi (maintenance of library functions)
※ The city's burden is 1,000 yen / square meter / monthly rent (only for utilities, consumption tax and local consumption tax)
