Those who wish to participate in the tender will prepare documents (hereinafter referred to as “plan proposals”) that summarize plans for land use, etc., and submit it together with the bid participation application.
[Examination and Bidding]
Examination and bidding will be conducted in two stages.
In the first stage, the submitted plan proposal will be reviewed by the Business Planning Committee, such as the Yokohama City Owned Asset Public Offering Sale.
In the second stage, Motoichi decides who passed the examination based on the examination result of the first stage and bids by the examiner.
