2 Outline of Proposal Projects
(1) Business concept of prospective business owners
Deepen cooperation with Yokohama City and local residents with the integrated elementary and junior high schools at the core, and realize Yokohama City's goal of "fostering citizens who will lead the 21st century with citizenship and creativity" and "creation of new charm and vitality" I will do my best.
In addition, in the land of Yokohama, which celebrates the 150th anniversary of the opening of the port, we will create a new way of "creating new people and urban development centered on schools."

(2) Review of Proposal Projects
In the business plan, in addition to measures to contribute to the community in terms of facilities, such as the opening of facilities such as grounds and auditoriums to the community and the creation of schools as disaster prevention bases, active initiatives from schools to the community are proposed. Active proposals to Yokohama City and Aoba Ward were highly evaluated, including cooperation with public school staff and plans to improve the local environment and create local communities as a contribution to urban development.
In the architectural plan, relatively low-rise buildings were divided into separate buildings, reducing the feeling of oppression, and was evaluated in terms of consideration for the surrounding area.
In the comprehensive evaluation, from the viewpoint of consistency with the concept of open recruitment, the proposal that actively engages with the community was evaluated in that it is desirable that the construction of private schools lead to community development and regional revitalization. .
