In the public offering sale of assets owned by Yokohama City in Tsurumi Chuo 4-chome land, Tsurumi-kuna 7-chome land, Kikuna 7-chome, Kohoku-ku, and Fujigaoka 1-chome land in Aoba-ku (the first application acceptance end on September 22, 2017) After the examination of the person selection committee (hereinafter referred to as the “Committee”), we decided on all three properties.

There was an application during the first reception period for each land of Tsurumi Chuo 4-chome land, Tsurumi-kuna 7-chome land, Kikuna 7-chome, Kohoku-ku, and Fujigaoka 1-chome land in Aoba-ku.
For this reason, we will suspend application acceptance for all three properties during the second application period.
The decision and selection results of the project will be announced at a later date. (Scheduled for November)
As part of the effective utilization of assets, the city of Yokohama are located in Tsurumi Chuo 4-chome Tsurumi-ku, Tsurumi-ku, 7-chome Kikuna, Kohoku-ku, and Fujigaoka 1-chome, Aoba-ku, are located in Yokohama.
About municipal ownership land, we carry out open call for participants sale by price fixed proposal method (※).
For the three properties to be publicly offered this time, the public offering was conducted by the "2016 Two-State General Competitive Bidding", but none of them were awarded.
Therefore, we will re-open call for participants.
※The price fixed proposal method is a public offering method that determines the prospective business by examining the contents of the business proposal after fixing the sale price.

Until the business planner is decided, we will continue to accept applications at all times. For properties that have been applied, the application will be suspended during the following period.
I will move on to the proposal review. As a result of the examination, if the prospective business person is not determined, the recruitment will be resumed.
For properties that have not been applied, we will continue to recruit for the following period.
