<Results of implementation: Summary>
・Regarding the establishment of "medical, welfare or child care support functions" as indicated in the open recruitment conditions (draft) on the site of the former Minami Ward General Government Building, all businesses proposed setting up as a complex facility (with convenience facilities for living) and confirmed that it could be established as a condition.
 In addition, many businesses indicated that "local exchange space and open space" can be installed.
・Regarding the installation of “floors and child care support functions for community care plazas” as shown in the open recruitment conditions (draft) for the former Minami Public Works Office site, proposals were made in combination with apartment houses, etc., and it was confirmed that the conditions could be established.
