<Results of implementation: Overview>
・About setting of "medical care, welfare or child care support function" which we showed in open call for participants condition (draft) of former Minami Ward synthesis Government building ruins, we received setting suggestion as complex facility (with living convenience facility) from all companies, and it was confirmed that it could be established as a condition.
 In addition, many businesses have indicated that "local exchange space and open spaces" can be installed.
・Regarding the installation of "floor and child care support function" shown in the open recruitment conditions (draft) of the former Minami Public Works Office site, proposals combined with apartment houses etc. were received, and it was confirmed that it could be established as a condition. Was.
・In the future, the city will embody the open call for participants conditions with reference to the opinions and dialogue results of local residents.

The site of the former Minami Ward General Government Building is located in the center of the ward and is the site of the ward office. It is necessary to introduce functions that support the inhabitants' lives in response to the declining birthrate and aging population in order to contribute to improving the quality of life of the entire ward.

[Old Minami Public Works Office Site (Office Site)]
On the site of the former South Public Works Office site (office site), it is necessary to develop a community care plaza that is undeveloped in the area and to introduce child care support functions to meet local needs.

3 Conditions for public offering (draft)
[Old Minami Ward General Government Building Site]
It is a building that can be built in a nearby commercial area, and shall be in harmony with the surrounding environment, and subject to the following contents.
● Application for recruitment
It shall contribute to the improvement of the quality of life of the entire inhabitant of a ward, including medical care, welfare (elderly support facilities, etc.) or child care support (nursery schools, etc.) functions.
However, living functions such as houses (including nursing homes and homes for the elderly and child-raising households) are not allowed, and when proposing uses other than medical care, welfare or child-rearing support functions, it does not fall under the exclusion use listed in the separate paragraph. It is a living convenience facility.
● Facilities requiring ancillary installation
・Regional exchange spaces and open spaces (installed and operated by businesses and serve as bases for local activities utilizing private know-how)
・Facilities for local disaster prevention (including functions to accommodate local disaster prevention equipment)
・Facilities used for global warming countermeasures

※1 In order to contribute to the improvement of the quality of life of the entire ward, the medical care, welfare or child care support function evaluates its content and scale in proposal screening.
