About open call for participants sale of land of Kikuna 7-chome, Kohoku-ku, we start open call for participants procedure from Tuesday, October 20, 2015 and perform registration acceptance (※) necessary for application until Monday, November 30 However, there was no registration. For this reason, the registration period has been extended until Wednesday, December 16, but no registration was made during the extension period.
In the future, after completing the registration procedure, we will proceed with the adjustment again for the public offering procedure.

※ In this project, surveying and registering land, including publicly recruited land, is being carried out, so as soon as procedures for surveying and registration are adjusted, applications will be started. A period for registration. (Scheduled to be registered from December 2015 to January 28)

Currently, we are conducting surveying and registering land, including publicly recruited land, so we plan to start accepting applications as soon as procedures for surveying and registering are adjusted. In Yokohama City, as part of effective utilization of assets, we carry out open call for participants sale by price fixed proposal method (※) for municipal land (hereinafter referred to as "publicly offered land") located in Kikuna 7-chome, Kohoku-ku, Kohoku-ku. .

※ The open call for participants using the price fixed proposal method is a method of examining the business proposal after fixing the price, and determining the prospective business operator.

1 Overview of publicly offered land

Of municipal land, approximately 1,300 square meters will be used as clinics relocation site for Kohoku Ward Holiday Emergency Emergency, and approximately 1,300 square meters of residual land will be open call for participants.

2 Contents of business proposals (required for open call for participants)

(1) Application for recruitment
Based on the Building Standards Act (Act No. 201 of 1950) Attached Table 2, buildings that can be built in quasi-residential areas, harmonized with the surrounding environment
(2) Facilities requiring ancillary installation
(A) Greened open space (approximately 100 square meters installed and managed by a company in the southwestern part of the site)
※ The installation and management method shall be based on the proposal of the applicant.
Facilities that contribute to the local community (child care support, disaster prevention functions, etc.)
※ The content shall be based on the proposal of the applicant. (Proposals with the adjacent holiday emergency clinics will be highly appreciated.)
(3) Utilization of city businesses
In any of design, construction, management administration duties, we utilize city company (we say thing having main office or establishment in Yokohama-shi)
※ Applicant shall propose utilization of city company in any of the above duties regardless of city company, suburban company.

<Future response>
As a result of dialogue with private businesses, it was confirmed that there was a possibility of private use in the target area. In the future, we will organize the concept of land use while keeping the following in mind.

  • Of the target areas, it is assumed that Yokohama City will use a part for public purposes, but for the remaining private utilization parts, we will clarify the positions, etc. while referring to this survey results. (It is necessary to allocate the site while taking into account the location of the target area and securing the parts to be used for public purposes.)
  • The target area is an area with high childcare needs, but given the size of the land, it is necessary to explore the possibility of a non-licensed nursery school with a garden. In addition, regarding other facilities that contribute to the local community, in addition to disaster prevention warehouses and evacuation centers, exchange spaces and facilities related to child care support, etc., confirming the possibility of utilizing the ideas and know-how of private businesses can be used. . In addition to condominiums and rental condominiums, as well as housing for the elderly with services, group homes, multi-functional facilities and offices such as day service (elderly day care).
  • Ahead of the Tokyo Olympics, etc., construction costs are expected to rise and a shortage of construction workers are expected, so it is necessary to sort out the conditions for open recruitment based on these social situations.
  • We will consider land use appropriately while taking into account the situation such as building demolition in 2014.
