About open call for participants sale of Kikuna 7-chome land in Kohoku-ku, we start open call for participants procedure from Tuesday, October 20, 2015 and perform registration acceptance (※) necessary for application until Monday, November 30 I did it, but there was no registration. For this reason, the registration period was extended until Wednesday, December 16, but there was no registration during the extension period.
In the future, after completing the registration procedure, we will proceed with adjustments again for the public recruitment procedure.

※ In this project, surveying and registering land, including publicly offered land, is being carried out.Therefore, we will start accepting applications as soon as the procedures for surveying and registration are adjusted, and business proposal applicants will register in advance. There is a period for registering. (Scheduled to be registered from December 2015 to January 2016)

In this open call for participants project, we are currently conducting surveying and registering land, including the open call for land, so we plan to start accepting applications as soon as the procedures for surveying and registration are adjusted. Registrants will be given materials related to surveying, etc., and will be notified separately about applications. (It will also be posted on this website.)

In Yokohama City, as part of the effective utilization of assets, publicly offered sales of municipal land (hereinafter referred to as “publicly recruited land”) located in 7-chome, Kikuna, Kohoku-ku, using a fixed price proposal method (*) To do.

2. Contents of business proposals (required for open call for participants)

(1) Application
Buildings that can be built in quasi-residential areas based on the Building Standards Act (Act No. 201 of 1950) Appendix 2 and are in harmony with the surrounding environment
(2) Facilities that require incidental installation
Oh, open space that was greened (about 100 square meters installed and managed by a company in the southwestern part of site)
※ The installation and management method shall be based on the applicant's proposal.
(B) Facilities to contribute to the community (child care support, disaster prevention functions, etc.)
※ The content shall be based on the applicant's proposal. (We highly appreciate the proposals that have a synergistic effect with the neighboring emergency clinics.)
(3) Utilization of city businesses
In any of design, construction, management and operation duties, utilize city operators (meaning those with a main office or office in Yokohama City)
※ Regardless of city company, suburban company, applicant shall propose utilization of city company in any of the above duties.

<Future response>
As a result of dialogue with private businesses, it was confirmed that there was a possibility of private use in the target area. In the future, we will organize the concept of land use while keeping in mind the following.

  • It is assumed that Yokohama City will use a part of the target land for public purposes, but we will clarify the position etc. of the remaining private utilization parts while referring to the results of this survey. (It is necessary to divide the site while taking into account the location of the target area and the securing of parts used for public purposes.)
  • The target area is an area with high childcare needs, but in terms of the size of the land, it is necessary to explore possibilities other than licensed nursery schools with gardens. In addition, regarding other facilities that contribute to the community, in addition to disaster prevention warehouses and evacuation centers, there are opinions on exchange spaces and facilities related to child care support, etc. Did. In addition to condominiums and rental condominiums, facilities for the elderly, such as housing for the elderly with services, group homes, multifunctional facilities and day service (elderly day care), etc.
  • In preparation for the Tokyo Olympics, etc., construction costs are expected to rise and a shortage of construction workers, so it is necessary to sort out the conditions for public offering based on these social situations.
  • Based on the situation such as building demolition of 2014, we will consider land use appropriately.
