In Yokohama City, as part of effective utilization of owned assets, we carry out open call for participants sale by "price fixed proposal method" (※) about municipal ownership land located in 2-chome No Shichiri, Sakae-ku. The property was publicly offered for this property in FY2021 using the “Fixed Proposal Method” method, but there were no applications, so we will re-open call for participants.
（※） This is a method of publicly soliciting business proposals after presenting the disposal price (fixed price) in advance, and after examining the proposal content, determines the prospective business (the person who will be the other party of the contract).
