Voting support card

Last Updated October 11, 2024

At polling places (including early polling places), those who need help should use it when it is difficult or not good at communicating to the staff at the polling place verbally.
If you fill out this card and present it to the polling place staff, you will be able to receive necessary support such as proxy voting and Braille voting smoothly without explaining at the polling place.

※About "proxy vote", "braille vote", please see method of voting.

Please download the voting support card from the link below.

How to use

  1. Please download "voting support card" from the link above.
  2. Before going to the polling place, please check the items you want to provide or lend or provide other necessary support.
  3. When you arrive at the polling place, please show the "voting support card" to the staff at the polling place.

Notes

  • If printing is difficult, please tell us verbally or provide necessary support on another paper.
  • It is also possible to take a picture of the listed voting support card with a smartphone and show the screen to the staff at the polling place.
  • It is not a card to ask who to vote, so please do not list the candidate name or political party name.
  • Depending on the content of the desired support, it may be difficult to respond.
