Special Feature / Thinking about so-called "garbage mansion"-Three years have passed since the enforcement of the ordinance

  • The so-called "garbage mansion regulations" of Motoichi was enforced on December 1, 2016, and more than three years have passed. With this as an opportunity, the theme of this approach to this "garbage mansion", first of all, round-table discussions by the director and Director General, etc., who are working together, and the basic ideas and initiatives of the ordinance. We will introduce actual cases and consider the problem of "garbage mansion" from a legal perspective, mental health welfare, and a local standpoint. Finally, in a roundtable discussion by experts, "Thinking about support for people with garbage problems-What is the support to fill the gap between the system?"
