Usage guidance of citizen information center

Yokohama City Citizen Information Center is located on the 3rd floor of the City Hall. The center has about 24,000 administrative materials.

We provide citizens with information about municipal administration widely and can be viewed and borrowed. In addition,
You can also obtain pamphlets and leaflets for events organized by Yokohama City and various recruitment information.

At the municipal government publications and goods sales corner on the same floor, we also sell paid publications and goods issued by Yokohama City. You can also get "Public information Yokohama" for all wards.

We also provide explanations on the information disclosure system and accept requests for disclosure.

Please bring the materials you want to borrow and the user card to the counter.

[Return]
Please return it directly to the rental office.
