Utilizing crowdfunding to the Future of Sail Training Ship, Nippon Maru for a long time ~ Sail Training Ship, Nippon Maru Maintenance and Repair Project 2024 ~ We received a donation of 4.75 million yen!

In the crowdfunding program launched by the Sail Training Ship, Nippon Maru Memorial Foundation on January 5, 2024, we received a donation of 4.75 million yen, exceeding the target of 3.85 million yen.
Along with donations, many people from all over the country, we received many memories of Sail Training Ship, Nippon Maru and warm messages of support for the 100-year-old ship in 2030.
Donations with the thoughts of everyone will be used to repair the stern food (around the manual steering device), which is particularly severely degraded and is urgently implemented. In this Sail Training Ship, Nippon Maru, we will continue to engage in activities that enable people to get acquainted with the sea and sailing boats, such as marine classes in which many children participate, and sailing sails held by volunteers.
