About service start of Kanazawa waterfront line green space

The revetment in the Fukuura and Sachiura districts of Kanazawa Ward, which were severely damaged by the typhoon in September 2019, have been restored as the largest possible high tides and high waves. In addition, the promenade, which had been popular with many citizens as a “seaside promenade” has been regenerated at the top of the seawall so that many people can stroll and fish while watching the sea view.
As maintenance of facility was completed, we start service on Friday, April 28, 2023. Prior to the commencement of service, we will invite 4th to 6th graders (approximately 140 students) of Namiki Daishi Elementary School to hold a ceremony (Kusutama split, beginning of crossing). Please submit coverage application form on the back by Wednesday, 26th.
