Yokohama International Peace Lecture will be held entitled "Support for refugees and UNHCR around the world-Everyone, anywhere, anytime, for the right to seek security." The lecturer is Ritsu, Chief Deputy Representative of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) in Japan.
