From Odesa, Ukraine, a sister city of Yokohama, Mayor Ghendy Turhanov will visit Yokohama for requests and discussions on post-war reconstruction support. We will give a speech at the plenary hall in Yokohama City Council, taking advantage of Mayor Tulhanov's visit to Yokohama.
