From Odesa, Ukraine, a sister city of Yokohama, will visit Yokohama City for requests and consultations on post-war reconstruction assistance. On the occasion of Mayor Turkhanov's visit to Yokohama, he will give a speech at the plenary hall of Yokohama City Council.
