In Odesa, a sister city of Yokohama, measures against cold weather have become an urgent issue in the midst of the severe winter, and there was a request from Yokohama for emergency humanitarian assistance from the local community.
Therefore, Yokohama City will provide winter clothing and Cairo for Nakashiki to Odesa City.
