At the 8th Tokyo International Conference on African Development (TICAD 8) held in Tunis, Tunisian on Saturday, August 27 and Sunday, 28th, the next 9th meeting (Reiwa 7 (2025)) will be held in Japan. It has been decided to be held.
The host city will be decided by the Japanese government in the future, but in response to the decision to be held in Japan, Yokohama City will run for the host city candidate for the next 9th Conference (TYokohama City Council).
