In Yokohama City, with the aim of promoting the acceptance of foreign human resources and multicultural coexistence, citizen groups and NPOs provide subsidies for activities related to "promotion" and "promotion of the active participation of foreign residents" and "promotion of active foreign residents" (Yokohama Multicultural Symbiosis Citizenship Support Aid Project: Implemented from 2017).
This time, there were four applications for the target projects, and as a result of the examination, three of them (total of 1,068,118 yen) were decided. Through the business of each organization, we aim to realize a multicultural society rich in diversity and inclusiveness.
