Outline of the International Peace Lecture
Based on the "Yokohama City Ordinance on the Promotion of International Peace," Yokohama City is promoting initiatives that contribute to international peace, such as international exchange, international cooperation, and multicultural coexistence, and also create opportunities to think about peace with citizens.
More than 1% of the world's population escaping from their homes due to conflicts and persecution.
The Ukraine crisis has further increased due to the Ukraine crisis, and has exceeded 100 million in May this year.
Nakken Koito, Deputy Representative of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR), will give a lecture on the current state of refugees around the world, activities of UNHCR, and what we can do.
