On March 16, Mayor Genedi Turhanov visited Yokohama City to thank the Yokohama City for their support and to request and consultation on post-war reconstruction assistance.
The two cities have agreed to cooperate in the restoration and reconstruction of infrastructure facilities in Odesa City, and the two cities have signed a memorandum of understanding on technical cooperation for sustainable urban development.
