Currently, Yokohama City has established vacant houses's "Expert Consultation Service" based on the "Agreement on Measures such as vacant houses" concluded with 12 expert organizations such as real estate, legal affairs, architecture, and community development NPOs.
In order to strengthen the consultation system, vacant houses will serve as an "entrance" for consultation with vacant houses. For specialized consultation, we will establish a new general information desk for specialized consultation services tailored to individual concerns.
