We hold the 151st Yokohama-shi city planning council as follows.

　　　The meeting will be open to the public.
　5 Capacity of observers
　　　10 people
　6 Application method for hearing
　　　On the day, applications will be accepted at the venue entrance from 0:30 pm to 1:00.
　　　You will receive a numbered ticket at the reception and wait until the reception ends.
　　　If the number of applicants exceeds the capacity at the end of the reception, a lottery will be conducted.
　　　If the capacity is less than the capacity, hearings will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.
　7 Press seat
　　　A press seat will be prepared separately from the auditorium, so please speak at the reception at the entrance of the venue.
