In the area around Tokaichiba-cho, Midori Ward, we are promoting community development by utilizing the municipal land in Tokaichiba Hill Town (Tokaichiba Center Districts 20, 21 and 22) in order to introduce the vitality of the private sector and solve local issues including the surrounding residential areas.
On October 31, 2019, we concluded a project implementation agreement and a temporary land (municipal land) sales contract with the prospective business selected in the 22nd block business open call for participants.
