Tokaichiba Hilltown is being used in the Tokaichiba Center District (20, 21, and 22) to introduce private sector vitality and help solve local issues, including residential areas in the area around Toka Market Town, Midori Ward, we are promoting community development.
On October 31, 2019, we concluded a project implementation agreement and a land (municipal land) purchase and sale provisional contract with the prospective business selected by the 22 block company open call for participants.
