In Yokohama, the Yokohama housing complex Revitalization Consortium has been engaged in activities that contribute to the revitalization of condominiums and housing complex. As part of this effort, we will expand the financing system of the Japan Housing Finance Agency so that condominiums and Residential Association in housing complex will not interfere with management and operation activities due to lack of reserves for repairs.
