In the development site that violates the Regulation Law, such as residential land development in Rokuura-Minami, Kanazawa-ku, we have provided guidance to the landlords and construction builders so far, but have not been corrected. Since the land is adjacent to the house and there is a high risk of human life due to a landslide, on October 1, 2019, a corrective action order was issued based on the provisions of Article 14, Paragraph 2 of the Residential Land Development Regulation Law. We issued a sign to that effect on the site.
