In the “Sustainable Residential Area Promotion Project (Region around Tokaichiba-cho, Midori-ku)” jointly promoted by Yokohama City, Tokyu Corporation, Tokyu Land Corporation, and NTT Urban Development Corporation, the 21 blocks of the Tokaichiba Center District started operation on Monday, April 1, 2019. The Tokaichiba Center District 21 Birakimachi Event will be held on Saturday, 120th.
