In the area around Tokaichiba-cho, Midori Ward, the city-owned land in Tokaichiba Hill Town was used to create private energies and solve local issues including surrounding residential areas (child care support, medical care, nursing care, welfare, etc.).
This time, we recruited companies to maintain 22 blocks newly by the planning proposal open call for participants method, and after examination and selection of committee which is affiliated with Motoichi, we decided business planner.
