I. TOP Yokohama Lab adopted eight proposals for “Creating Comfortable Homes with New Technology” as demonstration candidates.

The city of Yokohama, in cooperation with the Yokohama City Housing Supply Corporation, provided apartment as a demonstration field, solicited proposals for demonstration experiments on new IoT products and services that respond to COVID-19 infection control measures and provide comfortable housing.
We received 10 proposals, and adopted 8 proposals as demonstration candidates. After making adjustments with the residents and facility officials, including the feasibility of conducting demonstration experiments, we will start sequentially from the prepared efforts.
