Initiated IoT demonstration experiments using apartment in Yokohama.

As part of the ITOPI Yokohama Lab, in cooperation with Yokohama City Housing Supply Corporation, Yokohama City provided apartment as a demonstration field, solicited proposals for demonstration experiments on new IoT products and services for the creation of comfortable homes. Four of these projects have already been undertaken.
This time, various adjustments were made with the dwelling units and building managers who had the intention to cooperate with the demonstration experiment, and started a new demonstration experiment for the two projects that were ready. In the future, we will start demonstration experiments on the remaining proposals.
Through this initiative, we will further promote the “Innovation City, Yokohama” and utilize the results obtained in efforts to revitalize the suburban residential area of housing complex.
