2020 LIP.Yokohama Trial Grant Target Projects (22 projects) have been decided-to support research on small and medium-sized enterprises, venture companies, infectious diseases, etc.

　In order to create new industry-academia collaboration projects from LIP.Yokohama, such as prototype development by small and medium-sized venture companies, universities, research institutes, etc., the “LIP. Yokohama Trial Grant” (Kihara Memorial Yokohama Life Science Foundation Management (*)).
　This time, 22 projects (scheduled grant amount: 21,665 thousand yen) will be issued to support projects undertaken by small and medium-sized enterprises and venture companies, and research on infectious diseases such as COVID-19. Was decided as a target business. Going forward, we will actively promote support for small and medium-sized venture companies by matching with members of LIP. Yokohama and developing sales channels, leading to the realization of an innovation city, Yokohama.
