　In Yokohama-shi, we devise "basic policy about public-private partnership in park" in September, 2019 and decide to push forward utilization of park by cooperation with various main constituents more than before.

　One such approach is to conduct sounding-type market research (dialogue) at Hanezawa Park, which will be newly established in Totsuka Ward (tentative name) to explore the possibility of projects that contribute to the creation of parks and local attractions.

　Based on the results of this dialogue, we will consider ways to utilize it, and if we proceed as a public offering type business, we plan to conduct a second dialogue showing specific public recruitment conditions (draft).
