The Institute of Environmental Science conducts temperature observations in the city every year, and this year it was observed at 36 locations.
The number of hot days at all locations observed was the highest since the start of observations at the Institute of Environmental Science, the average temperature from July to August was also record highs, and the number of tropical nights was the highest at 32 locations. It became severe heat throughout the city.
