　The sewer pipeline facilities in Yokohama City are expected to progress rapidly aging in the future, and the city is implementing maintenance centered on preventive conservation. In order to respond more quickly than ever before, we are examining the introduction of the `` Comprehensive Maintenance of Medium- and Large-diameter sewer pipeline facilities comprehensive maintenance work '' that packages part of the maintenance work for medium and large diameter pipes with an inner diameter of 800 mm or more. This time, we will select a private business operator for the start of business in April 2021.

1． Business Purpose
　Until now, the maintenance work for medium and large-diameter pipes, we have been conducting individual orders for surveys, cleaning, and repairs, etc., but we will respond more quickly to abnormal areas with high urgency. • Detailed survey work: Investigation duties to carry out to grasp condition of plan that Motoichi devised and condition of sewer pipe which urgent correspondence was necessary
• Emergency cleaning operations: Cleaning work to be carried out when it is determined that the flow function is not functioning properly due to detailed investigation work or accident occurrence of accidents
• Emergency repair work: Repair work to be carried out when it is determined that the pipe does not have normal function due to detailed investigation work or accident occurrence (excluding work involving excavation)
• Oversight and Management Services: Coordination and progress management among the above tasks, consultation and coordination with related organizations, information arrangement, etc.
