（1） About notification of participation qualification confirmation result
　Among those who have submitted the application form for participation, those who have been granted the proposal qualification and those who have not been accepted will be notified in writing (Form 6) of that fact and the reason therefor.
　Notification will be made by 5:00 pm on Wednesday, November 25, 2020.

（2） About submission of proposal
　In "(1) Notification of participation qualification confirmation result", those who have been granted the proposal qualification should submit (Form 8) proposal as follows. Please submit it from the representative member.
　A. Submission deadline: Until 5:00 pm Thursday, January 14, 2021 (must arrive)
　B. Number of copies to be submitted: Proposal: 6 copies of paper (1 full copy, 5 copies), 1 electronic copy (DVD media, etc.)
　　　　　　　Subsidiaries: 2 copies of paper (1 copy, 1 copy), 1 electronic copy (DVD media, etc.)
　　　　　　　Use a pipe-type file to reduce the number of files as much as possible, and create an index for easy-to-read manner.
　　　　　　　Please bind the proposal and the supporting materials in a separate volume file.
　C. Submission method: Bring or mail (in the case of mailing, send it by registered mail, send it so that it arrives by the deadline, and after shipping, call in charge.)
