Construction accidents at the site of the Koshiba Oil Storage Facility (Second Report)

At present, workers are accumulated in oil storage tanks, which are believed to have fallen, for the quick resumption of rescue operations.
We are preparing for drainage of water (mudrained rainwater, etc. (estimated about 10,000 m3)).
At the same time, we will promote measures to prevent secondary disaster associated with rescue activities (such as off-limit fences).
